WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL NORMAL (REGULARLY) PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED ON WWW.SOLESAINTS.COM. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR "SALE PRICED", "DISCOUNTED", OR "PROMOTIONALLY" PRICED ITEMS. IF A DISCOUNT CODE IS USED WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THOUGH WE WILL HAPPILY ALLOW FOR A SIZING EXCHANGE FOR ANY DISCOUNTED, SALE, OR PROMOTIONALLY PRICED ITEMS WITHIN THIS 14 DAY PERIOD.
 
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT MATCHES THE ABOVE CRITERIA, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT IN. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER BACK TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFFIXED TO YOUR PACKAGE (THIS IS OUR SUPPLY WAREHOUSE AND NOBODY WILL BE THERE TO RECEIVE IT).

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN FEW BUSINESS DAYS.
 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN. THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED. NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED. IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE, CONTACT OUR SUPPORT TEAM FOR A FULL REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE. IF ONLY PART OF THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED, YOU WILL REFUNDED FOR THESE ITEMS ONLY. THIS POLICY EXCLUDES ERRORS MADE BY CUSTOMERS WHEN PROVIDING SHIPPING DETAILS ON THEIR ORDER(S) OR MISSED OR UNATTENDED PARCEL DELIVERIES (ORDERS THAT WERE MARKED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER AS DELIVERED).
